Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you may return it for a full refund.

To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label for the return.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and with tags intact.
  • Custom-made items, including ready-to-wear sarees and personalized products, are non-returnable.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as processing begins immediately.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping details or measurements, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.

Exchanges
If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we offer exchanges for size adjustments or product defects. Requests for exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.

For exchanges:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
  • The difference in price must be settled if exchanging for a higher-value product.

Refunds
Refunds are available for defective or damaged products upon verification. Once returned products pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products (including personalized items, pre-draped sarees, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and clearance products are also non-returnable.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or fit preferences.

International Orders
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at theoosinool@gmail.com with your order ID and a photo of the defect. A refund or credit note may be issued after investigation.

Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
